Use the macOS download offered on this website. Include your app version, macOS version, the tool name and steps to reproduce a problem. Use a small, non-sensitive example; do not send private keys or production data.
License recovery and payments
Keep your payment receipt. If a checkout link has expired or delivery is delayed, use the license and support details in the receipt. Do not purchase again to recover an existing order, and do not post your full license key publicly.
Moving to another Mac
Deactivate the old Mac from the license screen before activating the replacement. If the old device is unavailable, use the device management in the app or contact support with your order reference.
