Before buying
Use the Mac trial when a download is available, and check system compatibility. A test checkout does not grant a production license. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order reference and purchase date. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.
Requesting help
Use the payment receipt’s support channel or the support contact on this website. Include your order reference, purchase date and a short explanation. Do not send card details, passwords or your full license key.
Delayed delivery or duplicate payment
A license delivery delay does not require a second purchase. Retry the status check, consult your receipt or contact support. If you see multiple charges, keep each receipt so the payment provider can identify them.
After a refund
A refunded order cannot be used to claim a license through its checkout link. License entitlement changes follow the payment provider’s processing and the terms of the purchase.
